How long does it take to deliver my order?

Most orders arrive within 5-10 days of order being confirmed. An order confirmation SMS/Email will be sent to you, post which an SMS/Email notification will be sent, once your order is shipped.

For deliveries to France, Germany, Netherlands & United Kingdom

Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:

If you receive a shipment that seems tampered, damaged or opened - please do not accept that shipment. Take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care

Do you deliver outside India? Yes

The checkout page shows you the exact shipping rates for your country. The number of days for delivery can increase due to delay in customs processing at the destination country. All International shipments are sent as "signature not required on delivery".

What happens when no one is available to accept the shipment?

If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre. In case of a prepaid order, a refund will be generated as credits into your website account. These credits can be used for future transactions on selected.in.
