What is your return policy?

You can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery/as per the product description details.
There are certain items which are not returnable: Such as Fragrances and Jewellery
All refundable items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes)
Post the return your refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has been picked up and passed through quality inspection.
 For Prepaid orders refund can either be processed in the wallet instantaneously or will be processed to the same account from which the payment made within 7 - 10 working days.
 For cash on delivery orders refund can either be processed in the wallet instantaneously or will be processed through NEFT to the bank account given by you within 3-5 working days

How do I return my product?

You can return an order by clicking Return on the My Orders page.
* We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery of the order for most of the products, please refer to the Product Description Page for more details.
Please ensure while returning, the product and the packaging are in the same condition as it was delivered.
To return a product, view the order details in - My Account > Orders> Select Product > Return. Once the request is processed, the return order will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the return request.
Please provide your product details and the reason for your return, so we can keep improving your shopping experience. Once your return request has been generated, we’ll send you a confirmation via SMS and email.

Can I return sale items?

If you used a promo code or discount at the time of purchase, you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code.

How to cancel my order?

Only orders that haven't left the fulfilment centre can be cancelled. To cancel an order, view the order details in My Account >Orders> Select Product> Cancel. If the order has already been shipped from our fulfilment centre, then you can refuse to accept the delivery and send it back with the courier partner. A refund will be generated, after the product is received at our fulfilment centre.
